Cortney Grant is an artist, film director, podcaster, creative and author of his premier children's book Up the Hill of Life. Born in the great city of Mount Vernon, NY his affinity for teaching and connecting with children began years ago in the world of swim. He has spent many years as a swim coach and instructor for some of the top high schools and colleges in NYC and Westchester, NY. He is a certified Lifeguard Instructor, Swim Instructor Trainer,  Pool Operator, and Aquatics Director. Cortney was inspired to write his first children's book by his daughter Isa. Entering the journey of fatherhood has been filled with joy and learning for Cortney as well as the desire to pass on life lessons to Isa and all children. With a focus on building his legacy, he intends on Up the Hill of Life being the first of many publications for his company King Vision Productions.
